About the role

• Support department leadership in developing processes and managing IT projects. Collaborate on security management and risk assessments in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• You support the head of department and team coordinators in creating and implementing concepts for process and organizational development.
• You lead projects within grid operations and represent the Grid Operations area in committees and projects both internally and externally.
• You independently handle IT topics within the department, formulate and evaluate technical requirements, and work with partners to continuously improve systems and processes.
• You also support the operation and further development of the information security management system and IT security.

Requirements

• You have a degree in electrical and/or information engineering (Diploma or Master) and bring several years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• You have very good and versatile IT skills, enabling you to handle technical tasks confidently and independently.
• You have experience in project management and can confidently take on project leadership.
• You hold a Class B driving license and are mobile.
• You are characterized by your ability to independently acquire new knowledge and competencies—whether for technical innovations or professional development.
