About the role
- Senior Manager responsible for market communication in smart metering projects within a dynamic energy startup. Leading a team in optimizing communication processes and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities
- Act as a mentor and technical lead (actively share knowledge, develop team competencies)
- Ensure timely market communication during switching processes and in regular operation for the implemented tenant electricity models
- Support grid-area roll-out for the implementation of virtual sum/aggregate meters
- Coordinate and optimize MaKo-DL (market communication service provider) management
- Resolve clarification cases independently
- Monitor and optimize master data and metering data transmission
- Take responsibility for correct location bundles and calculation formulas of our in-house MSB
Requirements
- You can fully represent the team lead in their absence, with the exception of personnel matters
- You possess expert knowledge of WiM & MDM processes and market communication in day-to-day operations
- You have the ability to make decisions under uncertainty
