About the role

  • Sales Representative in Austria focusing on customer consulting and tailored solutions. Strong emphasis on relationship management and collaborative strategies for business expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Support and advise our customers with the goal of developing tailored solutions and promoting long-term customer relationships
  • Professionally present our products, solutions and concepts on-site at the customer and actively support the development of sales and marketing strategies
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships and strategically grow the customer base, e.g., through product and service bundling and acquisition of new customers
  • Prepare, present and follow up on proposals/quotes
  • Independently conduct order negotiations and order reviews
  • Provide commercial and technical consultation and develop customer-specific solutions in close cooperation with our merchandisers
  • Work closely with the back office, inside sales and merchandisers to ensure smooth order processing

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training
  • Professional experience as a field sales representative and a strong hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation and an independent, structured way of working
  • Sales-oriented mindset, combined with negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is an advantage
  • Category B driving license and willingness to travel
