About the role

• Contract UI/UX Designer supporting Egon Zehnder's Global Product team on Lead-to-Cash and Client Portal initiatives. Focused on design execution, collaboration, and iterative improvement in a hybrid work environment.

• We are seeking a **contract UI/UX Designer** to support the Global Product and UI/UX team on two priority initiatives: Lead‑to‑Cash and the Client Portal. This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), **three‑month contract engagemen**t, with the option to extend for an** additional three months** based on project needs and performance.**This is a hands-on, delivery-focused contract role that adds design capacity to active product initiatives. The role will focus on execution, collaboration, and iterative improvement, working with the UI/UX Lead and closely with product and engineering teams.
• ****Key Focus Areas *****Lead-to-Cash *
• Support the design of internal workflows spanning lead management, opportunity tracking, engagement setup, and downstream processes, improving usability, clarity, and efficiency for internal users.
• *Client Portal *
• Contribute to client-facing portal experiences, supporting usability, consistency, and trust across tools used for collaboration, insight sharing, and engagement management. ** **
• **Key Responsibilities *****Design Execution & Support *
• Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with established direction
• Apply existing design system components to ensure consistency
• Support usability testing and design iteration
• Prepare design assets and documentation for development handoff
• *User Research Support *
• Assist with interviews, surveys, usability testing, and design reviews
• Document findings and translate insights into incremental improvements
• *Collaboration & Delivery *
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and the UI/UX Leads in Agile or Kanban workflows
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and design critiques
• *Iteration & Quality Improvement *
• Support post-launch evaluation and refinement
• Apply UX best practices and accessibility standards **

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
• 3–5 years of professional UX/UI or digital product design experience
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
• Experience contributing to digital products in Agile environments
• Demonstrated experience using and applying design systems
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design execution
• *Nice to Have Requirements:*
• Experience with SaaS platforms or portal-based tools
• Prior experience designing internal solutions aligned to custom workflows
• Consulting or agency background
