Responsibilities
Certifier les coordonnées bancaires pour nos clients : Votre mission sera d'appuyer la vérification et la validation des informations bancaires tout en travaillant avec les différentes parties prenantes pour prévenir les fraudes.
Gérer les demandes entrantes et assurer une relation client de qualité : Vous serez là pour répondre aux questions, accompagner les clients et faire en sorte qu’ils soient satisfaits à chaque étape de la certification.
