Responsibilities
Identify sales opportunities based on both patient and surgeon needs.
Tailor product recommendations to facilitate excellent patient and procedural outcomes and attaining/exceeding quota.
Launch new products with success and develop new business opportunities.
Educate physicians on medical literature, concepts and procedures related to Surgical Heart products.
Prepare sales forecasts and execute strategic plans for the territory.
Maintain thorough territory knowledge, including competitive activity and customer utilization practices.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in related field
a minimum of five (5) years of operating room (OR) based medical device sales,
consistent track record of successful territory and account management
a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
willingness to travel within your defined region
