About the role
- UX Designer I focusing on UX Writing at Central Ailos, enhancing digital content operations and collaboration with teams.
Responsibilities
- On-site / hybrid role in Blumenau;
- Work on evolving and maintaining content operations (Content Ops), ensuring consistency, scalability, and governance of processes;
- Create and review written content for digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and tone of voice;
- Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation to support teams that use Content Ops;
- Collaborate with technology and design teams, acting as a bridge between areas to ensure integration and efficiency;
- Analyze requests from UX Designers and align them with product and service squads, ensuring prioritization and quality;
- Support UX Designers on projects, contributing content best practices and standardization.
Requirements
- Practical experience in digital projects involving research, definition, ideation, and validation of products or features (web and mobile);
- Proficiency with collaborative design tools such as Figma;
- Experience with copywriting and interface writing best practices;
- Experience with Content Ops: content processes, governance, and scalability;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and others;
- Ability to interpret user needs and translate them into clear, consistent solutions;
- Experience communicating with multidisciplinary teams (cross-functional collaboration with Business, Technology, and Design teams);
- Expertise in market research, mapping improvements and optimizing content flows;
