About the role

Responsibilities
- To lead and manage projects that support delivery of the FinTech Scotland Research & Innovation Roadmap, delivering value for stakeholders within the cluster including fintechs and strategic partners.
- To work closely with and advise fintech companies providing support and advice enabling their success.
Requirements
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable working across financial services, technology firms, regulators, academia, and public bodies.
- Innovative mindset, with ability to coach and influence to enable industry innovation. Able to identify opportunities, challenge conventional thinking, and support the development of creative fintech solutions.
- Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem, including emerging technologies, regulatory landscape, and market trends.
- At least three years’ experience in project or programme management, ideally within innovation, technology, or financial services.
