About the role

  • Engineer developing custom energy-efficient solutions for existing buildings at Ecosystem. Contributing to multi-million dollar energy performance projects with a focus on innovative engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in energy audits, data analysis, and the design of tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of energy efficiency measures that address clients' technical, financial and environmental challenges.
  • Perform on-site technical surveys and collaborate on the development of concepts, drawings and specifications.
  • Manage energy and financial data, provide support to the construction team, and ensure project objectives are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical or physics engineering
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to combine expertise, intuition, and teamwork to solve problems and apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
  • Proficiency in English to collaborate with our offices outside Quebec, in addition to strong French language skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across our markets (Québec, Montreal, Toronto or the United States).
