About the role

Responsibilities
- Create high-quality designs for both print and digital media (brochures, trade show materials, presentations, website graphics, social media visuals, etc.)
- Collaborate with communications and product teams to ensure a cohesive and professional visual output
- Prepare print-ready files (correct bleed, CMYK profiles, production specs, etc.)
- Design event materials such as banners, press walls, business cards, and invitations
- Support product marketing visuals and internal documentation (presentations, diagrams, dashboards)
- Ensure all deliverables are consistent, accurate, and delivered on time
Requirements
- 3 – 6 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B or tech-oriented environment.
- Education in Graphic Design, Media Design, or a related field.
- Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with Figma is a plus.
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a strong plus.
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, color, and composition.
- Experience with print production and digital asset delivery.
- Strong command of English (C1) - (German is a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing professional design execution.
- The ability to utilize AI tools effectively within the design process (e.g., for ideation or image generation).
