About the role

  • Graphic Designer creating compelling visuals for marketing and product materials in tech-oriented start-up. Collaborating with teams to maintain brand identity across diverse channels.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality designs for both print and digital media (brochures, trade show materials, presentations, website graphics, social media visuals, etc.)
  • Collaborate with communications and product teams to ensure a cohesive and professional visual output
  • Prepare print-ready files (correct bleed, CMYK profiles, production specs, etc.)
  • Design event materials such as banners, press walls, business cards, and invitations
  • Support product marketing visuals and internal documentation (presentations, diagrams, dashboards)
  • Ensure all deliverables are consistent, accurate, and delivered on time

Requirements

  • 3 – 6 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B or tech-oriented environment.
  • Education in Graphic Design, Media Design, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with Figma is a plus.
  • Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a strong plus.
  • Strong grasp of layout, typography, color, and composition.
  • Experience with print production and digital asset delivery.
  • Strong command of English (C1) - (German is a plus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing professional design execution.
  • The ability to utilize AI tools effectively within the design process (e.g., for ideation or image generation).
