Responsibilities
Part of the Identity & Security department
Planning and overseeing change management activities and projects
Supporting daily operational tasks
Operation and further development of the IT security architecture
Ownership of the Directory Services infrastructure
Coordination of the operational management of relevant service providers
Contributing to stable operations in Identity Governance and Administration
Collaboration with other IT teams and internal business units
Requirements
Degree or vocational training in computer science or equivalent practical experience
Expert knowledge of IT security solutions and methodologies (Microsoft Defender, OpenVAS, CIS benchmarks, Zero-Trust model)
Strong experience configuring and administering Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
Experience with Identity & Access Management and Privileged Access Management solutions (e.g., Omada, One Identity, SailPoint, Microsoft PIM, CyberArk)
Passion for new technologies and a modern leadership approach with short decision-making paths
Business-fluent German and good English skills
