About the role
- Business Analyst CRM to design processes in Center management and support CRM & Sales Cloud development. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionalities in Hamburg.
Responsibilities
- Mitgestalten zukunftsorientierte Prozesse im Bereich Centermanagement und dem Vermietungsgeschäft
- Ausbau unserer CRM & Sales Cloud (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE) aktiv begleiten
- Anforderungsermittlung als zentrale Schnittstelle für die ECE Marketplaces Stakeholder
- Entwurf von Lösungsansätzen als Entscheidungsgrundlage
- Strukturierung und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
- Begleitung der Umsetzung in Dynamics 365 und angrenzenden Systemen
- Vorbereitung von Test- und Schulungsunterlagen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre bzw. eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der (strategischen) Weiterentwicklung von CRM-Systemen – vorzugsweise Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Einfache Begleitung von ersten Projekten im CRM-Kontext
- Ausgewiesene Ausdrucksfähigkeit in der Formulierung von Anforderungen
- Exzellente Projektmanagement-Skills
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie rasche Auffassungsgabe
