- Live Commerce Category Manager responsible for expanding category on eBay Live and managing new seller onboarding. Collaborating with sellers and cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious GMV targets.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an ambitious eBay Live GMV target for your assigned categories
- Act as the GM for your category on Live
- Select and onboard new sellers to eBay live
- Conduct BD activities - meet sellers, develop pitches
- Define criteria for selecting sellers to onboard
- Shepherd sellers through the onboarding process
- Help Sellers find success on eBay live
- Advocate for sellers with cross functional teams
- Help us scale eBay live
- Build a team of motivated category managers
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant ecommerce experience
- Experience and interest in Live selling formats
- Proven track record leading multiple priorities
- Strong project management, organization, and partner engagement skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to travel (up to 15% of month)
