About the role

  • Senior leader managing Energy Transition programme at E3G. Overseeing team dynamics and driving policy initiatives in energy transition efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Energy Transition programme throughout a period of organisational transformation.
  • Undertake analysis, develop practical policy proposals.
  • Convene dialogues on energy transition issues and advise governments.
  • Foster collaboration among high performing teams across various countries.

Requirements

  • Strong track record in relevant leadership and management positions.
  • Strong aptitude, fit and interest to step up and lead high performing teams.
  • Programme design and development, fundraising from philanthropic and/or government sources.
  • Engaging funder network and cultivating relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to foster cohesion, build and support high performing teams.
  • Direct and oversee portfolio of programmes and budgets in coordination with programme leaders.
  • Knowledge base in key energy sector dynamics, transition challenges and key stakeholder interests.
