About the role

• Working Student supporting UI feature development for internal applications at E.ON Energy Markets GmbH. Collaborate on React and TypeScript projects, contributing to high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

• You support the development of selected UI features for internal applications written in React and TypeScript, following team coding standards and UX guidelines
• You write and maintain tests (unit, component, regression) and assist with bug fixing to ensure high-quality software delivery
• You participate in the code review process, providing and incorporating constructive feedback
• You support the creation and iteration of mock-ups and prototypes using PowerPoint or other tools, incorporating stakeholder feedback
• You help prepare for and contribute to meetings with business and IT stakeholders, including demos, clarifications and follow-ups
• You document UI components, workflows and relevant technical information to support team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled at university, preferably in computer science, engineering, physics or another technical field of study
• You have strong programming skills (e.g. Python, Angular, React, Git) and experience in front-end development
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Azure technology stack and Git
• You are highly cooperative, demonstrate strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• As a true team player you are versatile in an international environment and aware of intercultural differences
• Business-fluent English completes your profile.
