About the role

  • Directeur Administratif et Financier & IT overseeing financial performance and IT strategy for a leading concrete product provider in France. Role includes financial supervision and team management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive financial performance and support senior management in implementing the company’s development strategy
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial statements, financial control and the structuring of support functions
  • Oversee IT and telecommunications systems and contribute to modernizing management and control tools
  • Prepare financial statements, monitor cash flow, and ensure tax and payroll compliance
  • Build the budget, monitor performance indicators and develop business plans
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team and optimize internal processes
  • Manage the IT department and lead digital transformation projects (ERP, BI, cybersecurity)

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in finance, accounting or management (e.g., Master in Accounting/Corporate Finance, business school degree, DSCG)
  • Minimum 8–10 years’ proven experience in a CFO or equivalent role
  • Strong leadership, rigor, strategic mindset and enthusiasm for digital transformation projects
  • Professional working proficiency in English required (minimum B2)
