About the role

  • Junior Application Support Engineer handling L2 requests and minor changes in .NET environment. Supporting application operations and monitoring performance indicators with a team.

Responsibilities

  • Supports day‑to‑day application operations by handling simple L2 requests and minor changes
  • Learns established patterns, tools, and processes while contributing reliably under supervision
  • Monitor basic application indicators such as errors, job status, and availability dashboards
  • Support L2 service requests and simple incidents following runbooks
  • Resolve straightforward issues related to WebForms UI, basic VB.NET logic, and data corrections
  • Perform simple code edits, bug fixes, and configuration updates with review
  • Execute basic SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
  • Assist with deployments and post‑release checks
  • Perform basic functional testing using predefined test cases
  • Update support documentation and ticket notes accurately
  • Support UAT activities by executing test cases and logging defects
  • Monitor logs and error queues, escalating anomalies promptly
  • Gradually contribute to small enhancements as skills grow

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (or equivalent)
  • Foundational VB.NET
  • Basic ASP.NET WebForms
  • Basic MS SQL Server
  • Introductory JavaScript
  • Academic or internship experience with .NET
  • Professional working proficiency in English
