About the role

  • Personal Assistant assisting legal professionals in Belfast with case handling and client relations. Supports with invoicing, scheduling, and document processing in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the handling of cases as directed by the Partners and Team, including liaising with clients, sending invoices, chasing debt, drafting documents, and processing received documents.
  • Support client-related management information tasks, including collation, administration, and reporting.
  • Process correspondence and documents for the respective Partners and Team, liaising with other PAs, Administration Assistants, and Paralegals.
  • Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings and manage travel requests.
  • Assist with the monthly invoicing process, including raising invoices when requested.
  • Handle correspondence efficiently and manage client enquiries in the absence of the Partners and Team and take appropriate action.
  • Follow all Firm’s policies and procedures and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience
  • Experience of working in a legal environment
  • Financial minded for invoicing/billing support
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Senior Partner/Director experience (Desirable)
  • Diary Management to include travel and expenses (Desirable)
