About the role

  • Build and further develop the reporting framework (monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements)
  • Prepare financial and medium-term planning taking into account guidelines and assumptions
  • Perform cost and profitability analyses, including target vs. actual comparisons and variance analyses
  • Maintain and optimize cost and performance accounting and develop reporting standards
  • Prepare and produce business cases to support decision-making
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including postings and reconciliations
  • Support risk management and derive alternative courses of action to achieve objectives

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Controlling or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in controlling or finance
  • Strong analytical skills and an affinity for numbers
  • Proficient in Excel and ideally SAP or other controlling tools
  • Structured, self‑reliant working style and strong team skills
