About the role

  • Key Account Manager at Dustin enhancing enterprise customer IT operations through strategic partnerships. Collaborating with a dynamic sales team and specialists to drive solutions and build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and owning enterprise customer relationships, helping customers evolve their IT operations.
  • Collaborating closely with team members, product and service specialists, and advanced sales teams.
  • Planning, developing and executing strategic customer plans for enterprise clients, owning the full sales process.
  • Driving sales of hardware, licenses and services by identifying customer needs and matching them with tailored Dustin solutions.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships through ongoing customer care, follow-ups and collaboration with internal specialists.

Requirements

  • Multiple years experience in sales, preferably solution-oriented sales within IT or technology.
  • Comfortable managing multiple sales processes in parallel and prioritising effectively.
  • Ability to balance hardware, license and services sales to create long-term customer value.
  • Structured and strategic approach with customer planning and relationship management.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
