About the role

  • Industrial Engineering Technician supporting R&D and CNC operations in a hybrid role. Responsible for maintenance, programming, and troubleshooting of equipment while coordinating with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • This role plays a pivotal part in troubleshooting and eliminating root causes that drive equipment downtime.
  • Preventative maintenance, mechanical drafting, R&D setups for testing and data gathering.
  • Interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate tooling, setting up Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines.
  • Writing programs to achieve the required geometry, troubleshooting program-related issues, and providing manufacturing support.
  • Day to day, coordination with production, engineering to solve problems and implement solutions quickly and safely.

Requirements

  • High School graduation or equivalent is required.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • A Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience supporting engineering and operations in a LEAN environment with experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of complex mechanical equipment, CNC equipment, electrical and automation systems.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and performing repairs (AM & PM) to production and facilities equipment.
  • Prior experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
