About the role

  • Technical Business Analyst engaging with stakeholders and technology teams at Dun & Bradstreet. Focusing on developing user stories and ensuring they meet customer needs while maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise between business stakeholders and technology teams in developing user stories
  • Identify system impacts and recommended solutions that meet customer needs
  • Maintain Confluence, Jira with key business decisions and technical documentation
  • Ensure user stories reflect true requirements and convey business impact to all teams
  • Create techno-functional user stories to gain business approval
  • Work closely with the business, testers and developers to clarify requirements
  • Manage documentation, scope, schedules, and stakeholder relationships for multiple projects

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as BA
  • Must have worked on complex systems with cloud-based solutions.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing requirements in the form of User Stories
  • Experience in JIRA, JIRA based requirements lifecycle management Confluence, Power BI, PLSQL, Cloud Platforms like AWS/GCP
  • Exposure to understand data formats like JSON, XML, CSV, relational schema
  • Must have experience in working in Scrum Agile. Prefer Agile Practitioner.
  • Ability to understand decision making principles, make and influence decisions & implement changes and understand its direct effect on project ROI.
  • Able to absorb and evaluate information from a variety of sources and apply this in identifying all system impacts in order to help find the most cost-effective solution.
  • Use of AI tools an advantage e.g. Microsoft Co-Pilot but not essential
