About the role
- Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for managing infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines at Dun & Bradstreet. Collaborating within Agile teams to optimize operational costs and enhance system performance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end operational management of cloud data platform, adhering to required CloudOps and governance practices.
- Manage the standards for our Github projects.
- Create & manage infrastructure with Terraform scripts.
- Create and manage the CI/CD pipelines using harness.
- Responsible for configuring the monitors and Alerts.
- Involve in the Production issues, identify the root cause and quickly fix the Prod issue.
- Monitor the infrastructure cost and look for the possible cost optimization.
- Participate in architectural and sprint planning meetings, identify any gaps in the early stages.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a similar DevOps role.
- Hands-on expertise with Terraform Cloud, CI/CD (Jenkins/Harness), Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and logging tools (Splunk, Splunk Observability).
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Shell scripting, and SQL.
- Advanced experience with Splunk and Splunk Observability for logging and alerting.
- Ability to follow security standards and best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team spirit and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good time-management skills and ability to make fact-based decisions.
