Responsibilities
Take ownership of month‑end financial closes from A to Z in a multi‑entity environment
Ensure the quality of accounting entries, reconciliations and required adjustments
Investigate accounting variances and resolve data inconsistencies with rigor and autonomy
Ensure the reliability of financial information to support the production of clear, consistent and actionable reports
Act as a NetSuite super‑user, supporting the finance team and continuously evolving best practices
Collaborate on optimizing accounting processes and the ERP to improve efficiency, stability and structure
Contribute to the integration of new entities, workflows or operational needs as the company grows
Document rules, methods and procedures to build a sustainable, stable and well‑controlled environment
Requirements
8 to 12 years of accounting experience (multi‑entity experience = strong asset; in‑house corporate experience highly recommended given the hands‑on nature of the role)
NetSuite required, with roughly 3 years minimum experience as a user
Strong expertise in end‑to‑end monthly close and financial data validation
CPA (important asset / strongly preferred)
Strong interest in ERPs, continuous improvement, process optimization and operational discipline
Ability to perform in a transformation context where not everything is perfect yet but is being rapidly structured
Autonomous, methodical and patient profile with excellent attention to detail
Bilingual French/English, spoken and written (for internal collaboration and documentation)
