- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, DynamoDB, Glue, Athena, EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch)
- Solid backend engineering and API development skills; comfortable with SQL/NoSQL data stores
- Working knowledge of cloud‑native patterns (event‑driven services, microservices, automation, CI/CD)
- Familiarity with Agile, TDD, code reviews, and automated testing in a CI/CD environment
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and build secure, reliable, maintainable systems
