About the role

• SAP EH&S/PLM Senior Expert designing and building compliance processes in product development for dsm-firmenich. Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver digital solutions and ensure regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• The Digital functional experts will focus on designing, building, and maintaining processes for product development and ingredient management.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and desired capabilities.
• Turn aligned requirements into clear user stories (why & what) and collaborate with colleagues and the development teams to ensure a successful delivery of solutions.
• As part of successful solution delivery, accountable for executing the functional solution design considering customer & user experience, target audiences, data modelling and relationships.
• Collaborate closely with technical resources to determine the technical design in line with the functional solution design and understand the impact and implications of various solution options from business operations to technical performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years working experience within a GxP digital maintenance and operations environment (Process Industry, Chemical, Healthcare, Consultancy, etc.).
• Multi-year experience with SAP EH&S/PLM Product Compliance; excellent knowhow in WWI layouting; experience in 3E Product Safety and Dangerous Goods content management is desirable; knowledge in SVT is a plus.
• Knowledge in other SAP modules, ABAP and Fiori development skills, are a plus.
• A solid understanding of digital product development in the process industry.
• A solid understanding of IT infrastructure (network, middleware technology, cyber security aspects).
• Strong ability to own and drive initiatives.
• Customer-driven (outside-in); Satisfying customers through early and continuous delivery of valuable work.
• Familiarity or experience in agile way of working. Scrum methodology as a plus.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree with business or technical focus.
• Very good communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
