About the role
- Digital Brand & Performance Designer responsible for visual brand representation and collaboration on marketing strategies. Engaging with the digital and offline retail environments to stimulate brand growth.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall visual presentation of our brand across all relevant touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Performance teams
- Create designs that are aesthetically compelling, consistent, and measurable in performance
- E-commerce & Shopify: design, maintenance and ongoing development of the UX & UI of our Shopify store
- Produce graphics for product detail pages, landing pages & campaigns, promotions, and seasonal content
- Visual optimization with a focus on conversion, clarity, and user guidance
- Performance ads & campaign work: design creatives for Google Ads, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and other relevant platforms
- Develop and iterate variants for testing and optimization
- Create graphics for organic social media posts
- Support content formats and series
- Design print and POS materials for our stores (posters, stands, flyers, displays)
Requirements
- Experience in graphic or digital design
- Strong sense for brand, aesthetics, and target audiences
- Confident user of Canva and common design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
- Experience in an e-commerce environment
- UX/UI knowledge and understanding of conversion optimization
- Experience with performance creatives and campaigns
- Knowledge of print and POS
- Affinity for sport and movement, and ideally experience or interest in the bike industry
