- Product Owner for Dräger's IT Monitoring product, collaborating with internal customers and management for continuous development. Leading product team to enhance IT system monitoring strategies.
Responsibilities
- Further develop the IT product "Monitoring" in cooperation with internal customers, management and the product team
- Provide technical leadership of the product team and strengthen self-organization
- Advise the IT product organization, business units and IT management on IT system monitoring matters
- Plan, steer and monitor the product budget
- Monitor SLAs and product KPIs and continuously optimize the IT product
- Develop sourcing strategies (make or buy)
- Build and manage a global IT community focused on IT monitoring
- Expand and enhance various monitoring systems for end-to-end monitoring and modern cloud environments
- Manage external service providers
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree
- Relevant professional experience including budget responsibility and (international) project leadership
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, including DevOps
- Extensive knowledge of IT operations, especially monitoring solutions such as Icinga 2, Grafana, Sakuli or comparable systems
- Know-how in modern leadership concepts
- Business-fluent English
