About the role
- IT Inhouse Consultant SAP Basis at Dräger managing SAP systems integration and solutions. Collaboration with experts to strengthen the global IT landscape by implementing and optimizing IT strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead (sub)projects in the SAP Basis environment
- Advise business units on the optimal use and integration of SAP systems into the global IT landscape, primarily in the cloud (BTP)
- Monitor system operations, including analyzing and resolving incidents and conducting performance analyses
- Implement improvement processes and introduce new working methods and guidelines for system operations
- Participate in Incident, Change and Service Request Management as well as user and access administration
- Manage the product backlog and facilitate workshops to further develop user stories
- Manage external service providers
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience and further training
- Professional experience in IT solution design and implementation using agile methods, as well as in operating SAP cloud solutions
- Solid expertise in IT Services and SAP Basis
- Business-fluent German and English
- You have an analytical mindset and a structured, goal-oriented work style; you drive ideas forward and find solutions
- At the same time, you act as a communicative team player who is comfortable in agile environments and open to new trends
