About the role
- Junior Software Engineer collaborating with an agile team to design and implement web and mobile platforms. Focused on developing front-end and back-end components with modern technologies.
Responsibilities
- You are part of an agile team of engineers and business analysts that designs and implements the platform and user interfaces (web & mobile).
- You independently develop software components for both the front end and the back end.
- You support the team in selecting tools and methods, help shape architectures and technology patterns, and ensure that what we do stays up to date.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable field.
- Extensive knowledge of object-oriented software development using Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with Rust, C++, C#, or Go is desirable.
- Ideally, you also have experience with frameworks such as Spring, Quarkus, Nest.js, and React.
- (Theoretical) knowledge of cloud architectures: REST APIs (preferably OpenAPI), container technologies (Docker, CRI-O, Kubernetes, OpenShift), as well as relational and non-relational databases.
- Enthusiasm for IT topics and new technologies.
- Ability to work in a team, combined with an independent, systematic, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
