About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and integrate fuel cell systems into microgrid architectures
- Optimize fuel cell performance for high-demand applications
- Define requirements for Fuel Cell /Electrolyzer systems
- Create electrical schematics
- Work with customers and suppliers on microgrid systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for fuel cell systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in designing microgrid or data center power systems
- Knowledge of power systems, energy management, and renewable energy integration
- Understanding of internal data center needs is a plus
- Experience with integrating renewable energy sources (e.g., solar, wind) and energy storage systems
- Hands-on experience with self-generation technology integration in mission-critical environments
- Knowledge of cybersecurity for energy systems
- LV, MV and AC/ DC voltage system design
- Fuel Cell /Electrolyzer background a plus
- Professional certifications related to renewable energy, microgrid systems, or energy management are a plus.
