About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop NLP models (ML-based or otherwise) to support search and information recommendation within legal documents.
- Maintain and monitor these models in production.
- Design conversational agents to accelerate lawyers' work across different legal domains, ensuring accurate responses and supporting drafting tasks.
- Collaborate with diverse profiles, including engineers, product managers, and product designers, to identify new product development opportunities.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and consolidation of best practices; help shape our Engineering strategy.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of machine learning (classical and deep learning) for data extraction and recommendation, with ideally some first-hand experience with LLMs.
- Experience with natural language search engines and inverted indexing such as Elasticsearch.
- A strong interest in artificial intelligence topics.
- A drive to identify, analyze, and integrate the latest scientific advances into production.
- Proficiency in Python development, with a focus on algorithm development.
- Proficiency in French, as you will be working with French legal data.
