Responsibilities
- Understand business rules

- Interact with stakeholders
- Participate in building the product roadmap and defining product direction
- Understand the company’s problem and strategic direction
- Identify viable paths to achieve strategic objectives
- Plan and conduct ethnographic research
- Plan and conduct quantitative research
- Map customer journeys and process flows
- Understand the persona’s pain points and identify opportunities
- Test hypotheses to guide the team
- Ensure good usability through product testing
Requirements
- Build high-fidelity interfaces and prototypes
- Ensure a strong product user experience
- Knowledge of components and management of a design system
- Ability to develop interfaces for different display types
- Ability to understand experience beyond the digital product
- Ability to design and manage experiences throughout the user journey (chill and peak moments)
- Deep knowledge and mastery of the persona being designed for
