Responsibilities
- Build ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) by product, industry, and use case;
- Cross-reference CRM data and create dashboards and reports that connect: acquisition → closing → usage → expansion/churn;
- Conduct commercial performance diagnostics to identify factors that lengthen or shorten the sales cycle;
- Perform churn, upsell, and expansion analyses;
- Define and execute prioritization strategies for industries and use cases;
- Map TAM, SAM, and SOM for current and new products;
- Provide strategic support to Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
Requirements
- Experience in Commercial Intelligence, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Business Intelligence;
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, SQL, and tools such as Looker, Power BI, or similar;
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot);
- Ability to turn data into actionable narratives for Sales and Product teams;
- Strong analytical reasoning;
- Ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly to non-technical stakeholders;
- Proactive attitude toward learning about complex industries and products;
- Owner mindset, focus on efficiency, and attention to detail.
