About the role
- Analyst ensuring IT governance and compliance processes at DM, enhancing efficiency and transparency in IT. Collaborating on policies, frameworks, and continuous improvements.
Responsibilities
- Create IT standards and policies;
- Design, document, and implement IT controls and processes using frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL;
- Identify opportunities for improvement in existing IT processes;
- Support and follow up on internal and external IT audits using ITGC (IT General Controls).
Requirements
- Experience with ITSM;
- Experience documenting IT controls and IT process activities using established frameworks;
- Knowledge of ITIL;
- Knowledge of the IT governance framework (COBIT);
- Knowledge of Risk Management;
- Familiarity with BPMN and 5W2H.
