About the role

  • Tax Semi Senior providing valuable tax advice to clients. Engaging in self-assessment, compliance work, and liaising with HMRC and clients in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Be part of a talented team, adding value to the exceptional work we deliver
  • Prepare self-assessment personal tax returns, and getting involved in other basic tax compliance work
  • Process and preparing P11d forms, as well as deal with ad-hoc queries
  • Liaise with HMRC and our clients, acting as the day-to-day point of contact
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients and wowing them daily

Requirements

  • Preferably have at least a years’ experience working within an accountancy firm
  • Have a basic knowledge of personal tax, or have already completed personal tax returns
  • Either be qualified to AAT Level 3, have completed your AAT Level 4 by passing the optional units of Personal Tax and Business Tax, or currently studying ATT
  • Have a proactive attitude, whether a task is complicated or simple, big or small
  • Thrive working to achieve great things alongside the rest of the team
