- Senior Backend Developer providing application support using TIBCO technologies for a global IT outsourcing firm. Requires 3+ years of experience and offers hybrid work setup in Manila.
Responsibilities
- Providing application support primarily using TIBCO technologies
- Troubleshooting and supporting existing export jobs, working with SQL Server and SSIS
- Supporting troubleshooting, management, and delivery reporting using Tableau and Power BI
- Working with CLX and VisionX Catalog and Pricing Management
- Debugging and supporting API integrations and ensuring reliable communication between systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in analysis and development using TIBCO technologies
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) - Necessary condition
- Strong foundation in TIBCO BW, TIBCO Designer, TIBCO Administrator, and TIBCO EMS
- Knowledge of basic UNIX commands and scripting
- Knowledge of basic SQL commands and scripting
- Ability to support and develop applications based on issues raised by project managers and stakeholders
- Ability to identify root causes of issues
- Ability to implement preventive actions for recurring issues
- Proactive approach to documentation
