Responsibilities
- Design and development of backend applications in .NET (C#) supporting Contact Center platforms based on Genesys PureConnect and Genesys Cloud
- Implementation of CTI integrations and call routing logic using technologies such as SIP, SIP Trunk and WebRTC
- Development of APIs and backend services responsible for processing calls and real-time communication events
- Working in a Linux (Debian) environment and managing operational data using MongoDB
- Analysis and troubleshooting of issues related to VoIP and telecommunications systems (knowledge of FreeSwitch is nice to have)
- Collaboration on solutions supporting dispatcher console environments, with an understanding of operational workflows and real-time communication requirements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in .NET development
- Experience with Contact Center platforms, ideally Genesys PureConnect
- Understanding of Contact Center processes, including agent management, queue handling, and permission models
- Practical experience with VoIP / telecommunications technologies such as SIP, SIP Trunking, and WebRTC
- Experience with CTI integrations between telephony systems and business applications
- Experience working in Linux environments (Debian)
- Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- A technical background or degree in computer science, telecommunications, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
