Requirements
- 10+ years in digital and AI transformation consulting: Strong, hands-on delivery experience.
- Enterprise consulting background: You’ve worked in high-expectation consulting environments and can confidently engage senior stakeholders. (Big 4 is a plus)
- Maturity & roadmap expertise: You’ve delivered digital maturity assessments and created actionable transformation roadmaps aligned to business goals.
- Hands-on practical management consulting experience: From discovery to execution support you turn insights into decisions, plans, and measurable progress.
- Hands-off, practical AI experience: You can identify, ideate, and rationalize AI projects and translate experimentation into real transformation programs.
- Exceptional communication in English: Strong written and verbal skills with confident facilitation and presentation presence.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and deliver workshops.
