Responsibilities
- Lead digital and AI maturity engagements: Run assessments, synthesize findings, and translate them into executive-ready narratives and prioritization.
- Build transformation roadmaps: Design multi-year digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Own workshops & executive facilitation: Deliver compelling, insightful workshops; guide leaders through strategic choices and trade-offs.
- Act as a trusted transformation partner: Work closely with clients to understand challenges, craft strategies, and ensure outcomes stick post-implementation.
- Bridge strategy to delivery: Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to ensure solutions land in real processes; not just slides.
- AI transformation leadership: Identify and shape high-impact AI opportunities, with a strong focus on true business value.
- Hands-on experimentation, prototyping mindset, and practical implementation pathways.
- Strengthen our consulting offering: Contribute to improving our methodologies, playbooks, and point-of-view content based on client feedback and market trends.
Requirements
- 10+ years in digital and AI transformation consulting: Strong, hands-on delivery experience.
- Enterprise consulting background: You’ve worked in high-expectation consulting environments and can confidently engage senior stakeholders. (Big 4 is a plus)
- Maturity & roadmap expertise: You’ve delivered digital maturity assessments and created actionable transformation roadmaps aligned to business goals.
- Hands-on practical management consulting experience: From discovery to execution support you turn insights into decisions, plans, and measurable progress.
- Hands-off, practical AI experience: You can identify, ideate, and rationalize AI projects and translate experimentation into real transformation programs.
- Exceptional communication in English: Strong written and verbal skills with confident facilitation and presentation presence.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and deliver workshops.
