About the role

  • Director of Technical Program Management overseeing HR technology strategies and operational excellence. Leading global teams to enhance Oracle HCM applications and improve employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive service delivery and program strategy for the HR application portfolio
  • Act as the primary thought leader and subject matter authority for Oracle HCM
  • Oversee the total budget for HR technology
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs for HR technology support
  • Lead the prioritization and execution of high-impact HR initiatives
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing global team
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior HR and business leaders
  • Drive collaboration with IT, Finance, and Legal

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in HR technology
  • Extensive, hands-on experience with Oracle HCM
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a globally distributed team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or Business; Master’s degree preferred
  • Exceptional ability to influence and build consensus among senior executive leaders
