Responsibilities
- Provide operational and integration support for a multi-vendor infrastructure
- Gather information concerning the capabilities of Company products
- Generate quantifiable requirements based on customer description, system planning & design
- Translate high-level product development strategies into network and system requirement specifications
- Establish and coordinate the development of standards, practices, and procedures
- Design interfaces and combine network and system elements to work as a whole
- Assess performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures
- Customer liaison and support for business development activities
Requirements
- High School with 9+ years or commensurate experience
- Secret clearance
- Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
- Valid US Passport and prepared for international travel up to 40%
- Fluent in Spanish, both conversational and written
- Proficiency with network diagramming and productivity tools (such as Visio, Lucid, and AutoCAD)
- Entry-level experience with Cyber Network Defense (CND), Cybersecurity Operations, or current CCNA Level Certification
- Knowledge of multi-area OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and MPLS environments
- Experience setting up IPSec VPNs, GRE Tunnels, and DMVPN architecture
- Experience with L2 and L3 protocols over Campus/WAN networks
- Experience with multitiered hub-and-spoke network design
