- Contribute to architectural decisions and enforce coding standards
- Mentor mid-level engineers and promote engineering best practices
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, modularization strategies, and developer tooling
Requirements
- 5+ years mobile development experience, with 3+ years specializing in React Native
- Expert-level TypeScript, React Native internals, and performance optimization
- Proven track record delivering multi-brand applications at scale
- Demonstrated improvements such as 20-40% build time reduction, 10-30% bundle size reduction, or crash-free rate >99.5%
- Deep experience with monorepo architectures and tooling
- Strong background in design systems, feature management, and experimentation platforms
- Experience authoring ADRs/RFCs and driving cross-squad initiatives
- Comprehensive testing experience across all levels (unit to E2E)
- Excellent English communication and mentoring abilities
