Responsibilities
- Play a key role in bringing our Talent Enablement philosophy to life by responding to HR inbox requests with empathy, expertise, and a focus on enabling people and managers to perform at their best
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers by addressing inquiries, resolving HR-related challenges, and ensuring a positive employee experience
- Support employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment
- Administer and coordinate medical leaves, return-to-work processes, and business accommodation requests
- Lead the coordination of immigration processes
- Conduct exit interviews
- Respond to and manage ad hoc requests, ensuring timely and effective support across various T&C and Talent Enablement activities
- Serve as a backup to the Talent Enablement Coordinator when needed, providing seamless coverage and support to ensure operational continuity
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of Talent & Culture operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Partner with Talent & Culture Business Partners to support ongoing initiatives and organizational priorities
- Support the design, implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement of scalable talent programs that span the full employee lifecycle (e.g., performance management, organizational design, career development, and talent mobility)
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience
- Track record of outstanding performance
- Preference to work in a high-pace and ambiguous work environment
- Excellent organizational and detail-orientation skills
- High commitment to customer service and results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
