About the role

PMO Senior Analyst leading product project portfolio management at Dexco, enhancing project maturity and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic management and governance of product projects, ensuring alignment with the business's strategic objectives and appropriate portfolio prioritization;
Act as project owner and facilitator, monitoring deadlines, scope, risks, costs and quality, anticipating deviations and driving mitigation plans;
Manage the interface with multiple stakeholders, promoting alignment across departments and supporting tactical and strategic decision-making;
Negotiate resources, priorities and deadlines with a high degree of autonomy, balancing constraints and maximizing business value;
Develop, consolidate and present executive reports and presentations with performance indicators, portfolio status, critical analyses, risks, scenarios and lessons learned;
Structure, monitor and evolve project performance indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous improvements to PMO processes, methodologies and tools;
Act as a change agent, disseminating project management best practices, process standardization and governance;
Support leadership in defining roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives and making strategic decisions about the product portfolio;
Serve as a technical mentor to less experienced analysts, promoting team development and strengthening the project management culture.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related fields;
Experience in Project Management, preferably in Product and Industrial environments;
Strong command of agile and traditional project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid), as well as planning and control tools;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Analytical capabilities and strategic vision for data-driven decision-making and value generation;
Executive communication skills, ability to influence and to build relationships with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels;
Knowledge of Power BI or similar data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
