Responsibilities
Planning and control of the expense budget (monthly forecasts and weekly estimates);
Classification, monitoring and governance of P&P expenses;
Monitoring expenses through BI tools and providing visibility to the teams involved;
Managing approvals and budget control (samples and showroom);
Tracking KPIs and providing support to the Marketing Directorate;
Preparing reports, presentations and reporting to the controllership;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields;
Advanced Excel;
Intermediate knowledge of Power BI;
Experience in Sales Administration and Commercial Control;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Knowledge of SAP.
