About the role
- Program Manager overseeing ICAM teams, delivering program management outcomes in a DevOps and Agile environment; requiring significant federal project management experience.
Responsibilities
- The Program Manager serves as the primary operational leader for the ICAM-ES III effort
- Responsible for managing and coordinating ICAM teams, overseeing contractor resources, and delivering program management outcomes in a DevOps and Agile delivery environment
- This role drives execution across technical strategies, product roadmaps, stakeholder engagement, communications, technical writing, UI/UX, and staffing in close coordination with Federal ICAM leadership
- Position is contingent upon award and client approval.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible program or project management experience
- At least five (5) years leading complex federal (or similarly regulated) IT/cybersecurity programs with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline is required; in lieu of a degree, candidates must possess fourteen (14) years of progressively responsible experience described above
- Ability to document and demonstrate certification, experience, and ICAM-related knowledge as part of Key Personnel qualification submission requirements
- Understanding of and familiarity with working in an Agile environment
- PMP Certification (Active)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive briefing development and facilitation.
