- 制訂專案進度、預算與人力需求,確保專案如期交付。
- 評估專案團隊成員的工作表現,並提供定期回饋,以促進持續改進。
- 主動分享經驗與最佳實務,並帶領改善行動以提升專案交付與作業流程品質。
- 確保專案全程嚴格遵守健康、安全與環境( HSE )相關指引。
- 與技術支援及現場執行團隊密切合作,確保工程文件的妥善準備與順利執行。
- 與採購部門合作,確保內、外部供應商提供的服務、材料、工具與設備能及時且順利取得。
Requirements
- 具工程相關領域之學士或碩士學位。
- 至少 3 至 5 年變電站或相關專案及專案管理經驗,具風電、電力產業或海事領域經驗者尤佳。
- 能獨立作業、具結構化思維並以結果為導向,能在時程內管理複雜的專案需求、風險與成本。
- 具優秀英文聽說讀寫能力,能自信且有效率地與利害關係人進行溝通。
- 熟悉 Microsoft Office (如 Excel 、 Word 等)操作。
- 能快速調適於專案需求與優先順序的變動,並能配合必要的出差需求。
- 優先考慮台灣本地人才。
