About the role

  • Property and casualty insurance agent serving clients and selling insurance products across multiple channels. Analyzing client needs and managing business relationships with insurance offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Serve members and clients, assess their needs, analyze risks, promote insurance products and help members and clients choose coverage
  • Prepare quotes and issue insurance contracts
  • Analyze special underwriting files and make recommendations to practitioners
  • Respond to information requests, amend and renew contracts, and follow up as needed
  • Develop business partnerships to generate referrals

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in progress and College diploma completed
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
