Responsibilities

  • Support the immediate supervisor by helping with work organization, operational planning and special initiatives
  • Develop, implement and track the unit’s action plan, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic orientations
  • Establish management and communication practices that support change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, employee engagement, and diversity
  • Define and ensure the implementation of activities related to the unit’s services and ensure entrusted projects are carried through
  • Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values
  • Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of nine years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools
