Responsibilities
Support the immediate supervisor by helping with work organization, operational planning and special initiatives
Develop, implement and track the unit’s action plan, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic orientations
Establish management and communication practices that support change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, employee engagement, and diversity
Define and ensure the implementation of activities related to the unit’s services and ensure entrusted projects are carried through
Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values
Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of nine years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools
