About the role
- Fleet Manager overseeing day-to-day fleet operations and strategy development at Dent Wizard. Responsible for managing team performance and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Be a principal member of the team creating the strategic plan for fleet policies
- Lead execution of the fleet strategy/policy per a mutually agreed upon schedule
- Ensure daily coverage of customer service for fleet operators between the internal team and external Fleet Management Company (FMC)
- Guide Fleet Team in activities and decisions, keep routine 1 on 1 meetings with employees
- Develop annual purchasing numbers for fleet vehicles
- Maintain data and dashboards with KPIs
- Audit vehicle and allowance assignments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and field technicians
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience managing a team strongly preferred
- Ability to work with various software and a strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions and organizational levels
- Comfort with bringing definition/process to ambiguous situations
- Experience administratively managing fleets preferred
